Arranging audits and reports required by law.

Arranging insurance and organise renewal quotations for renewals.

Arranging maintenance contractors & repairs on Owners Corporation property.

Keeping and maintaining the Owners Corporation register.

Attending to building defects.

Enforcing the rules relating to common property.

Arranging for maintenance, repair and replacement of common property in accordance with the instructions of the owners corporation.

Arrange quotations for works to the common property.

Attending to statutory requirements.

Complying to all requirements under the Owners Corporation Act 2006 Regulations and Amendments.
